Disabled when your computer's Regional Settings are set to English (United States).

Changes spellings and changes all "Vat" references to "Tax" making the program a little more US or UK friendly. Also allowing inputs to be made in cents per foot, rather than pence per metre. The buttons work by modifying options available in the International section.
Options/General screen.

If these settings are disabled, you can enable them by double clicking anywhere inside the box.
