Totals
Prices are displayed dynamically by the program, that is, they are updated on each keystroke to reflect the contents of the input boxes as they change. The figures within the totals area, to the bottom right of the main screen, can not be edited directly.
If a second currency has been enabled (see Options), You can toggle between the two currencies by clicking on the Currency Symbol or Total.
Note if the default vat Rate has been set to Vat inclusive in the Options/General window, then the Value and Vat Figures will be shown in grey.
The Vat calculation may be switched while in the main screen by pressing Alt-V. This change will revert to the default when the job has been cleared.
